About Samantha Durnan
Samantha Durnan is a highly experienced acoustic singer and multi-instrumentalist based in the North East, specialising in creating beautiful live music moments for weddings. Her heartfelt acoustic performances bring a warm, elegant atmosphere to every part of your special day—from walking down the aisle, to relaxed drinks receptions, through to your wedding breakfast, and even a full live band performance in the evening.
While weddings are her speciality, Samantha’s career as a musician is both impressive and wide-ranging. Her original work has been featured on BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing, and BBC 6 Music, with her self-produced single named ‘Track of the Week’ in Q Magazine. She has earned recognition as an Ambassador for Orange Amplifiers and has shared the stage with artists including Ed Sheeran, Kate Nash, and Beverley Knight. She has also worked in the studio with Bramwell Brampton, producer of Sam Fender’s acclaimed Hypersonic Missiles. She brings a high level of professionalism and energy to every event, including ‘SHE The Show’—a live production created by Samantha that tours theatres and venues across the UK.
With extensive experience performing at weddings and corporate events, Samantha is a trusted and recommended supplier at some of the region's most prestigious wedding venues. Her wedding song “I Found You” was featured in My Top Wedding Songs list, and she has been spotlighted in several highly regarded publications, including the iconic Rock n Roll Bride magazine.
