How do we secure a booking?
We will ask you to fill out a booking form and forward you a booking confirmation within 48 hours which will also include deposit details. Once your deposit has been paid your date will then be secured.
When are payments due?
We ask for a £100 deposit to be paid within 7 days of the booking and Final Payments 6 weeks prior to the Wedding/Event. Please note that deposits and final payments are none refundable unless circumstances meet criteria as per T&C
Can we pick the song's?
Our musicians perform a suitable mix of songs from their repertoire but they are more than happy to learn new material for your Ceremony and First Dance if not on their set list.
When do we need to let you know our song choices?
If you could let us know your song choices 4 weeks in advance that will give our musicians time to learn them.
What time do the musicians arrive?
Acoustic Acts will arrive 60 minute prior to their performance and the bands 90 minute before.
Do we need to provide any speakers or equipment?
All of our Musicians will provide their own equipment and sound system.
Do we need to book a DJ for our Evening Reception/Event if we have booked a Band?
If you would like music in-between and after the band's performance we recommend booking a DJ or using a suitable sound system.
